to be WELL Health-Safety rated by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The WELL
Health-Safety Rating is an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing
building and space types focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder
engagement and emergency plans to address a post-COVID-19 environment now and into the future. Public
health and client wellness is a priority at Mellon REITs. From handwashing support and cleaning practices
to health services and air and water quality monitoring protocols, we are working hard to support the
health and safety of people in our offices.

Mellon REITs is a member of the U.S Green Building Council (USGBC),
acting as the voice of the green building industry, advocating for green building policies with all
levels of governments and the private sector across the U.S. It is their goal to: change industry
standards, develop best design practices and guidelines, advocate for green buildings, and develop
educational tools to support its members in implementing sustainable design and construction
practices. With every building greener, one day every American will have environmentally and
economically responsible, healthy places in which to live and work.
